Common project questions.

How is the LED driver sized?

Use the exact strip W/ft multiplied by total connected length, then apply the documented design allowance and driver derating. Voltage and dimming method must also match.

Can this LED strip be cut anywhere?

No. Cut only at the documented cut marks for the exact model. Cutting elsewhere can damage the circuit and void the applicable warranty.

Does the strip IP rating cover the complete installation?

Not automatically. Connectors, cut ends, cable entries, profiles and terminations must preserve the protection required by the installation.
