These Terms govern use of the CADORVEN website and its product information and inquiry features. CADORVEN is currently an English-language business-to-business catalogue and project inquiry website. It does not provide public checkout, online payment or consumer purchasing.
Website information
Website content is general product and planning information. It is not electrical, engineering, architectural, code-compliance or legal advice. Catalogue-family ranges do not replace the datasheet, label, quotation and model-level documents for the exact product proposed.
Inquiries and quotations
Sending an inquiry does not create an order, agency, professional-services engagement or obligation to supply. A transaction begins only when the identified contracting seller and customer accept a written quotation or order document. That document controls product model, quantity, price, currency, payment, Incoterms or delivery basis, lead time, warranty, returns and governing terms.
Products, samples and images
Specifications, availability and packaging may change before a quotation is accepted. Screen and photography conditions can affect perceived brightness and color. Samples are supplied for evaluation under the stated conditions and should be approved before a full project order. Certification, listing and warranty claims apply only when expressly matched to the exact quoted model.
Remote service scope
CADORVEN may provide remote product selection, specification coordination, samples, OEM discussions and export supply support. CADORVEN does not provide overseas site surveys, installation, commissioning, construction management or supervision of local contractors.
Installation and local requirements
The customer and its local qualified professionals are responsible for final design, load and voltage-drop checks, driver access, thermal management, mounting, wiring, environmental protection, permits and compliance with applicable electrical and building requirements. Hardwired equipment must be handled by appropriately qualified personnel where required.
Acceptable use
- Do not misuse forms, attempt unauthorized access or interfere with site operation.
- Do not submit unlawful, confidential or third-party information without authority.
- Do not copy CADORVEN branding, product copy or site assets for misleading or unauthorized commercial use.
Third-party services
The website may link to or rely on third-party hosting, email, social, logistics and documentation services. Their availability and independent terms are outside CADORVEN control.
Site availability and liability
The website is provided on an as-available basis and may be corrected, changed or withdrawn. To the extent permitted by applicable law, CADORVEN is not responsible for losses caused by reliance on preliminary website information, incompatible components, unauthorized modification, improper installation or third-party services. Nothing in these Terms excludes a right or liability that applicable law does not permit the parties to exclude.
Contracting entity and changes
CADORVEN is a trading brand. The contracting seller, business address and governing transaction terms will be identified in the applicable quotation or order document. These website Terms may be updated as the business and site functions change.
